Full Service
Full-Service Design is a comprehensive, start-to-finish experience for clients who want every detail thoughtfully considered and expertly executed. This service includes space planning, concept development, material and finish selections, custom furnishings, lighting, styling, vendor coordination, and procurement management. From the initial vision to the final installation, I oversee each phase to ensure cohesion, clarity, and a refined result that feels intentional, elevated, and deeply personal to the way you live.
Realtor Pre Listing Consultation
Preparing a home for photos and showings is often overwhelming for clients. It can also require conversations that feel sensitive or time-consuming. This service allows you to hand that responsibility to a trained designer who communicates with kindness, clarity, and professionalism.

My à la carte design services are ideal for clients who need support with specific selections rather than full-service design. Each item or category is priced individually and includes curated sourcing tailored to your space, access to trade vendors when available, thoughtfully selected options, clear specifications, and purchasing guidance or procurement support. This flexible structure allows you to engage professional design expertise exactly where you need it, whether you’re selecting a single investment piece or layering multiple elements together over time.
Consulting
House of Levity Interior Design offers Interior Design Consulting, an hourly service for clients seeking guidance to elevate their space. This service may include:
Room layout and space planning recommendations
Guidance on material selection, which may include visits to showrooms, tile stores, or stone yards
Lighting advice for fixtures, placement, and ambiance
Accessory and décor strategy using existing items
Budget planning and recommendations for updates or renovations
$80/ Hour
A detailed report of all recommendations is provided after the consultation, leaving clients with a clear, actionable plan to transform their space with confidence and style.
Consulting to Sourcing Transition If a client begins with Consulting and later chooses to engage Designer for sourcing services, any fees already paid for Consulting will be credited toward the sourcing fees. This ensures that work performed during the consultation is applied to the full sourcing package and prevents double billing for overlapping services.
