Perfect for one room or a defined area, these packages provide professional guidance, intentional layout solutions, and curated sourcing recommendations. Any package can be done remotely or in person.

How It Works:

  1. Inquiry and Booking – Share details about your space and goals

  2. Pre-Design Prep – Submit photos, measurements, inspiration, and budget

  3. Design Session – 1.5 hour collaborative consultation

  4. Design Delivery – Receive mood board, action plan, sourcing list, floorplan, and samples if available

  5. Implementation and Purchasing – Bring the vision to life at your own pace

1.5 Hour Live Design Consultation:

Via video or in-person (Durango, CO). During the session we will:

  • Clarify your goals, lifestyle needs, and aesthetic direction

  • Review existing furniture, layout, and architectural elements

  • Discuss color, materials, lighting, furniture, and décor opportunities

  • Identify design priorities and practical next steps

Before our session, please provide:

  • Photos or a short video walkthrough of the space

  • Accurate room measurements including windows and doors.

  • Inspiration imagery such as Pinterest boards, saved posts, or magazine clippings

  • Desired budget range for sourcing

Final Deliverables:

*All delivered within 30 business days after your consultation

  • Includes two complimentary revisions. Additional revisions available for a fee

Design Recap and Action Plan

  • Written summary of key design recommendations

Purchasing and Procurement:

House of Levity Interior Design handles ordering on your behalf

  • Items ship directly to your home

  • House of Levity is not responsible for damages. Clients inspect upon delivery

  • Assistance is available for resolving damaged items with retailers or manufacturers

  • Clients approve all items before ordering

  • Payment options include full upfront payment for all items or individual invoicing per item or groups of items

Optional Add-Ons for Fee:

  • Third mood board or alternate design direction

  • Additional rooms or open-concept spaces

  • In-person styling or installation support (Durango, CO only)

  • On-site walkthrough and measurements (Durango, CO only)

Pricing:

  • Single Space: $725 (example: living room, bedroom, or dining room)

  • Double Space: $900 (example: open-concept living and dining area)

  • Triple Space: $1,200 (example: open-concept living, dining, and kitchen)
