Realtor Pre Listing Consultation
Preparing a home for photos and showings is often overwhelming for clients. It can also require conversations that feel sensitive or time-consuming. This service allows you to hand that responsibility to a trained designer who communicates with kindness, clarity, and professionalism.
How It Works:
Tier 1: $150
The process begins with a simple video walkthrough of the home, sent by you or the client. From there, I take time to look at the space, noticing what already works and where shifts can create meaningful impact. I create a clear list of recommendations, organized into three easy sections: simple free changes that make an immediate difference, high priority improvements that elevate how the home feels and photographs, and optional enhancements that can be added if time or budget allow. Suggestions often include adjustments like decluttering, removing personal items or distracting art, opening curtains to invite in more light, or repositioning furniture, along with budget friendly updates such as fresh bedding, a new shower curtain, updated pillows, kitchen textiles, simple greenery, or a refreshed paint color. Everything is delivered within an agreed upon time frame.
Tier 2: $250
Includes everything from Tier 1, with the addition of an in person walkthrough with you and the client. (Available only in Durango and Telluride, CO)
Sourcing List: Optional Add-On for $100
If the client chooses to purchase any recommended items, I will provide a detailed sourcing list with direct links to affordable products they can order easily.
Styling Support: $80/ hr
Some clients need more than a list. If they prefer hands-on assistance, I offer optional in person help implementing the recommendations. This includes decluttering, small styling adjustments, rearranging furniture, and setting each room for success. (Available only in Durango and Telluride, CO)
