House of Levity’s Virtual Design Service offers a streamlined, professional approach to transforming your space from anywhere. Through a combination of a collaborative consultation, curated design recommendations, and expert sourcing guidance, you receive a fully personalized plan tailored to your style, lifestyle, and budget.

How It Works: Step-by-Step

Step 1: Inquiry & Booking

  • Share details about your space, design goals, and lifestyle.

  • Once booked, we’ll schedule your 1.5-hour consultation (via video or in-person in Durango, CO).

Step 2: Pre-Design Preparation

Before your consultation, please provide:

  • Photos or a short video walkthrough of your space

  • Accurate room measurements, including windows and doors

  • Inspiration imagery (Pinterest boards, saved posts, magazine clippings)

  • Desired budget range for sourcing

This allows me to review your space and prepare for a highly productive session.

Step 3: Live Design Consultation (1.5 Hours)

*50% of design fees due at this point

During the consultation, we will:

  • Clarify your goals, lifestyle needs, and aesthetic direction

  • Review existing furniture, layout, and architectural elements

  • Discuss color, materials, lighting, furniture, and décor opportunities

  • Identify design priorities and practical next steps

Step 4: Design Delivery (Within 30 Business Days)

*Remaining 50% of design fees due upon final approval, before purchasing.

You’ll receive a complete design package including:

  1. Personalized Mood & Sourcing Board – Visual guide showing all furniture and décor selections (two complimentary revisions included; additional revisions available for a fee)

  2. Design Recap & Action Plan – Written summary of recommendations, layout guidance, and prioritized next steps

  3. Product Sourcing List – Organized list with pricing and vendor information

  4. To-Scale Floor Plan – Furniture placement and spatial flow, each item numbered to match the sourcing list

Step 5: Implementation & Purchasing

Client is responsible for purchasing items and pays vendor directly.

Optional Add-Ons

  • Additional mood boards or alternate design direction

  • Additional rooms or open-concept spaces

  • In-person styling or installation support

  • On-site walkthrough and measurements
