Here’s a general overview of what to expect if we decide to work together. While the exact process may vary depending on your project’s scope, this outline offers a helpful look at how I typically guide clients from concept to completion.

1. Complimentary Discovery Call

A 15–30 minute phone or video call to connect, discuss your project goals, and determine if we’re a great fit.

2. Initial Consultation + Concept Mood Board

Includes a space walkthrough (virtual or in-person), style discovery, and discussion of goals, scope, and priorities. A personalized mood board follows to set the tone for the design direction.

Investment: $500 (credited toward full-service design if we move forward).

3. Proposal + Letter of Agreement

Based on your needs, you’ll receive a tailored proposal. A signed agreement and 25% deposit initiate the start of the project.

4. Concept Design Phase

This phase includes visual direction: refined mood boards, layout sketches, and concept imagery to guide the overall look and feel.  It’s also when I begin to understand your personal style and how best to reflect it in your space.

5. Design Development

We get specific. All furnishings, finishes, and materials are sourced and specified. Includes digital material boards, sourcing links, and budget planning.

6. Design Revisions

Up to three rounds of revisions are included to refine the design and ensure alignment. Additional revisions are available for an hourly fee.

7. Procurement & Project Coordination

I’ll handle purchasing, vendor coordination, lead times, and troubleshooting—so everything arrives as expected.

8. Installation & Styling

Once items arrive, I oversee the installation and personally style the space with furnishings, art, and accessories to bring the design to life.

9. Final Walkthrough & Wrap-Up

A last walk-through to ensure every detail is complete. I’ll provide care instructions and a final source list for your records.
